"A Gathering of Recipes" is a cookbook compiled by the Western Folklife Center of favorite recipes and poems from past National Cowboy Poetry Gatherings. Recipes were gathered from artists, participants, and cooking workshops. Spiral bound for easy use, with space to write down what page your favorite recipes can be found on, a multitude of hints and information (such as guides, substitutions, and measurements) in each section.
