National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Silent Auction

Patty Fox watercolor glicee, Herding SheepIf you've attended the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering, you've seen the display cases full of beautiful items in the lobby of the Elko Convention Center. Ever wonder where they came from? They come from donors like you. The sale of these donated silent auction items helps support the Gathering and all of our Western Folklife Center programs throughout the year. Please contact us for more information about how to donate.

Favorite auction items in the past have included original artwork and handmade quilts, unique artist memorabilia and musical instruments, adventure opportunities and handcrafted gear. Let your imagination and generosity run wild - and support cowboy poetry and culture!

During the Gathering, stop by the Silent Auction Desk at the Elko Convention Center to sign up for a bid number. Bidding typically opens on the Monday beginning the Gathering, and it closes at 5:00 pm Saturday, the last day of the Gathering; the list of successful bidders will be posted at 6:30 pm next to the Silent Auction Desk.
