Friendly dance leader Will Aoki from Salt Lake City will help you through easy square and contra dances, as well as a few waltzes and polkas. Local favorites Southwind will play classic American and Celtic tunes to set your toes tapping and get you moving on the dance floor. This is great fun for all ages and kids are free.

The Dance will be held in the Western Folklife Center's G Three Bar Theater and the historic Pioneer Saloon will be open serving beer, wine, and sarsaparilla for the little ones. For more information, call Amy Mills 775-738-7508, extension 223.

This event is funded, in part, by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency and the Nevada Arts Council, a state agency.
