The Western Folklife Center offers event rental space at various times throughout the year. Our wonderful facility has two rooms available for private or public functions: the G Three Bar Theater and the Pioneer Saloon. These spaces are excellent for meetings, wedding receptions, retirement parties, social gatherings, plays, memorial services and more.
The G Three Bar Theater features gorgeous hardwood floors, ambient lighting, and a raised stage. The space includes built-in surround sound capability and removable seating which allows for a variety of setup options. The Pioneer Saloon is a fully functioning non-smoking bar with a Brunswick back bar that is over 100 years old. The bar area is an excellent choice for smaller, less formal parties or can be used in conjunction with the theater for larger events. Ample free parking is available in the adjacent parking corridor. Clients who rent these spaces are required to use Western Folklife Center staff for all events.
In order to rent the Western Folklife Center, interested individuals and organizations must contact us and complete a use request form that must be reviewed and approved. Nonprofit organizations are eligible for discounts on facility rental fees.

You can rent additional equipment from outside vendors, but you are responsible for delivery, pickup and maintenance of any rental equipment that is not provided by the Western Folklife Center.
