Rent our Facility

The Western Folklife Center offers event rental space for private and public functions throughout the year. Our wonderful facility offers a choice of two rental spaces: the G Three Bar Theater and the Pioneer Saloon. These spaces are excellent locations for meetings, training sessions, workshops, wedding receptions, retirement parties, social gatherings and more. 

In order to rent the Western Folklife Center, interested individuals and organizations must contact us to complete a use request form which is will be reviewed and approved by management. Nonprofit organizations are eligible for discounts on facility rental fees.

This comfortable space is a popular choice for small conventions, meetings, receptions and parties.

Dinner Party – 50 (round tables or banquet tables)

Our non-smoking bar is perfect for small meetings or parties. The room has adjustable lighting and has optional sound system available for background music, presentations or announcements. The space is available to rent alone or as a package in conjunction with the theater rental.

Rental equipment is permitted from outside sources but the renter is fully responsible for delivery, pickup and maintenance for any items not provided by the Western Folklife Center.
